The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a really nice view from the window. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh, with many options to choose from. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance and easy access to public transportation.

The noise level in the room could be improved, as it was difficult to sleep with the sound of traffic and people outside. The price could have been slightly lower for the value offered, but overall it was still a good deal.

During my New Year's stay, I was greeted by friendly staff who were always available to help with my requests. They even went out of their way to book us a bus ticket and sent an English-speaking guide to help us navigate the busy bus terminal. The breakfast had a great variety and a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were clean and well taken care of, and the staff always provided enough water and other amenities. the hotel's location was great, with some nice restaurants located nearby.
